About Us
| I.O.H. is an independent occupational health and safety consultancy which was set up by Dr John Wollaston in 1991. I.O.H. is dedicated to the provision of professional health and safety services to organisations in both the public and private sector. I.O.H. has been approved by the Royal College of Physicians Joint Committee on Higher Medical Training for specialist training in occupational medicine. A trainee physician was appointed in September 2001, joining the four full time Consultants in Occupational Medicine and other associate medical advisors. |
I.O.H. emerged from a concept developed by Dr John Wollaston in 1976 to service organisations in the North East of England. I.O.H. has promoted and maintained the physical, mental and social well-being of its client's staff since its inception. With a staff complement including occupational physicians, occupational health nursing officers, physiotherapists, a psychotherapist and a safety consultant, I.O.H. can help you improve your organisational health.
